My friend, creating a star needs the same energy to destroy one.
Second, they are star level artifacts, by logic the enemies' power got empowered to those levels.

1. Oh, so apparently, fire works the same way as according to you.
2. A car can be powered by a Chaos Emerald, but that doesn't make it capable of hitting with its DC. so try again.
1: Never said that, association fallacy
2: Depends on the way its empowered.
We appear to be going off track. Ignoring tiers, AP, and DC, why do you think Bass wins?
I agree
Mostly because he is faster, hax are OP, higher DC and trumps Metal on range

1. Bass is faster? When did he do interplanetary travel in a damaged state?
2. One thing metal has to level the playing field. Chaos Control.
3. You do know that Metal has more projectile attacks than just his chest laser, right?
Round 1: Bass takes this by the same reasons of my comment from Shadow vs Bass.
Round 2: Metal Overlord takes this with ease because even when incomplete, three teams of three characters each could do nothing but slow it down; after becoming complete, it fought Team Super Sonic. Eggman himself had doubts that the Chaos Emeralds could match its power. In the Adventure Era, the Chaos Emeralds were shown to be superior to the Final Egg Blaster.

1. Aside from the speed advantage, Metal Sonic can easily take advantage of Bass' arrogance. Not to mention he has moves like Chroma Camo to make him invisible and Knuckle Slam.

If we count all Robot Master weapons for Bass then Bass has a counter to that moves called Copy Vision and Centaur Flash to create a dimensional distortion in a flash of light to hurt Metal Sonic while he is invisible and Copy Vision creates a clone of Bass to attack Metal Sonic while he stuns the true Bass.

1. Hurt Metal Sonic? Yes. Reveal him? No.
2. Copy Vision will countinously shoot, but that's all it will do. And Metal Sonic can definitely avoid those shots.
